Orders placed Monday - Friday EST (excluding U.S. holidays) will be processed the following business day. Please allow up to three business days for us to process your order.
All orders will be shipped via USPS - standard First Class Mail or Priority Mail.
Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship out the following Monday excluding holidays.
Once the order has been scanned and delivered by the courier it will be considered the sole responsibility and property of the customer. All applicable duties, tariffs, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the delivered products, please let us know. Sugar Paper Blue's aim is to provide 100% satisfaction to our customers.
For returns please email us at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns are accepted for store credit or exchange. Please specify in the email whether you would like to an exchange or a store credit. Please return all items in its original packaging with the original tags attached. We will not accept any items that have been washed, worn, stained, damaged or altered in any way. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
For defective items, please email us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once your return item(s) are received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If defected item(s) are approved, we will process an exchange. If replacement is unavailable, we will replace it with a refund.
All items purchased with promotion code/ discount codes are not refundable. All sales are final.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Promotion / Discount codes must be entered at checkout. All orders made with promotional / discount codes are all final sale.
